Anxiety & Phobias are common issues that many individuals face! They can start to feel like they are taking over. Sometimes the ways that we try to fight against or avoid our fears end up making our anxiety worse in the long run. Through our work together we can work with your anxiety system to help your life feel under control again.

Weight Stigma and Body Image
Body image issues and weight stigma can have a significant impact on mental health, resources that focus on this area are limited, which is why I am passionate about this area. I hope to be able to help you navigate social narratives and your history around body size to build a healthier relationship with your body.

Attachment & Emotional Regulation
Sometimes it feels like our emotions are in control of us rather than the other way around. Through counselling you can learn to understand, communicate, and manage your feelings in a way that creates more stability and security in your relationships.

Couples Therapy
Sometimes two people can be trying so hard to meet each other's needs, but for many reasons effort isn't enough. Couple's therapy can turn frustration to connection, distance into intimacy and create a foundation of positive communications strategies.
My Approach
I believe that therapy is most effective when we work together to uncover the roots of your challenges and build on your existing strengths. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). By integrating these approaches, I help clients better understand their emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and create new, empowering narratives.
