Hello...

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people through the challenges that matter most. My approach is always collaborative and guided by your needs—we work together to uncover the roots of what you’re experiencing while also building on the strengths and resilience you already carry.

Practical Details

  • In-person and virtual sessions available

  • Sliding scale options offered

  • Free 15-minute consultation available

  • Evening and weekend appointments available

How I help...

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), along with CBT and other integrative approaches.

That means we don’t just focus on coping—we focus on understanding.

Together, we’ll:

  • Make sense of your emotional patterns

  • Explore how past experiences shape your present

  • Build self-compassion (instead of self-criticism)

  • Help you feel more secure in yourself and your relationships

What therapy with me is like...

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded.

We will explore hard emotions to try to understand what information they are trying to tell you.

I hope to create a space were you feel:

  • Genuinely seen and understood

  • Less alone in what you're experiencing

You don’t need to have the “right words” or everything figured out. We’ll figure it out together.

My story...

I practice through a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and anti-oppressive lens, with a commitment to truth, reconciliation, and ongoing learning.

I am part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and bring that lived experience into my work when helpful.

Above all, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as you move toward healing, growth, and a stronger connection with yourself.

In my free time, I love to be in the mountains or out in nature. I truly believe in the healing value of nature and also offer walk and talk sessions, as well.
