My name is Angela Lambert. ​I’m a Registered Psychologist with more than five years of clinical experience, specializing in anxiety, phobias, body image, and couples counselling. I believe that an authentic, trusting relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, and I’m deeply committed to helping clients explore their inner worlds in a safe and compassionate space.
